01 — Call sheet

Upload a call sheet (optional)

Drop today's call sheet PDF (commercial, TV or feature) and I'll try to pull the picture title, production number, shooting location, and the talent list with call times. On TV/film sheets I read the cast table and mark anyone on hold with H. This is best-effort — always check the table below before generating.

Character column: commercials get the talent's category (OCP / BG / Featured); TV and film get the character name. Status (W, SW, WF, SWF, H) prints in the column to the right of Character. Multi-page documents get "Page X of Y" top right automatically.

NDB = Non-Deductible meal (Breakfast). It's a real break you give a performer — it doesn't dock time from their day, but it DOES reset their 6-hour meal-penalty clock. Common use: an early individual call needs to be synced up with the rest of crew (call 6A while crew calls 8A — give an ND breakfast 745A-8A and the clock now runs from 8A, same as everyone else). Press NDB and enter the window (e.g. 745A-8A); MPV then counts from the end of that window instead of from call time. MPV auto-calculates as 1L/2L/3L… (lunch) or 1D/2D/3D… (dinner): one violation at 6 hours past the clock start with no meal given, then one more every 30 minutes until the next meal break is logged. This is app-side tracking for your own records — it isn't printed on the Exhibit G PDF, which has no field for it.

One PDF is generated per category that has performers, chunked 11 rows to a page.

The production report stamps directly onto your call sheet's Production Report box and crew WRAP column, the same way I filled it in chat.

02 — Production report

Shooting progress

These stamp into the call sheet's own Production Report box, next to each label. Leave any blank to skip it.

Key crew (1st AD, DP, Director) round up to the next quarter hour after camera wrap. Everyone else gets the time you set per department below.

Confirm before stamping — this feeds payroll. Anyone not matched to a department is listed under Unassigned; give them a time directly or skip them.
